Position: Practice Manager – Dental Clinic

Location: Radiance Dental - Gurgaon
Reporting To: Principal Dentist / Clinic Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the complete operational, administrative, and business management of our dental clinic. A graduate or a dentist with an MBA or formal management qualification and relevant experience will be strongly preferred, enabling effective coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, duty rosters, and performance
Oversee billing, collections, expenses, and basic financial reporting
Ensure excellent patient experience and handle feedback or complaints
Manage inventory, vendors, and equipment maintenance
Implement SOPs, quality control, and regulatory compliance




Support marketing initiatives and business growth strategies
Act as a liaison between dentists, staff, and management

Qualifications & Experience
Any graduate or BDS/MDS with MBA / Healthcare or Practice Management qualification (Preferred)
OR proven experience in dental/healthcare clinic management
3–5 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of dental clinic workflows and patient care

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
