Room orientation: Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and demonstrate operating controls like lights or AC.
Delivering items: Hand-deliver mail, packages, room service orders, or requested amenities to guest rooms.
Providing information: Answer general inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions.
Lobby maintenance:



Keep the bell desk and lobby area clean, tidy, and organized
Key Skills and Qualifications

Physical fitness: High stamina and the ability to lift heavy luggage safely.
