Key Responsibilities
Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Operate and maintain HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis analytical instruments.
Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and calibration standards.
Conduct routine analytical testing and wet chemistry analysis.
Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain analytical records.
Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC.
Knowledge of UV-Vis spectroscopy, titrations, and laboratory practices.
Experience in analytical method execution and instrument calibration.
Valuable analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage routine QC laboratory activities.
