Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Safety Officer role based in Gurugram.

The Safety

Officer will monitor workplace conditions, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and security standards. Daily responsibilities include identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, maintaining safety documentation, and supporting incident and accident investigations. The role also involves coordinating and delivering safety training sessions, promoting a safety-first culture, and collaborating with operational teams to implement risk control measures.

Officer will work closely with management to review safety performance, update policies,



and support continuous improvement in safety practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
Candidates should possess experience in Accident Investigation, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Candidates should possess Security-related skills, with the ability to support access control, emergency response, and overall site protection.
Candidates should possess Safety Training skills, including developing and delivering training programs and toolbox talks.
Relevant certifications or training in occupational health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are beneficial.
Prior experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role in facilities, services, or industrial environments is preferred.
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
Ability to work in office in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to emergencies and safety concerns.
