Responsibilities:
Oversee daily management of student hostels.
Ensure discipline, safety, and welfare of resident students.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and catering services.
Address student grievances and provide guidance when required.
Coordinate with university administration for hostel operations.
Maintain records of occupancy, discipline cases, and facilities.
Organize hostel activities to promote community living.
Requirements:
Graduate degree with prior experience in hostel/administrative management preferred.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and maintain discipline.
Willingness to reside within campus accommodation.
