We are looking for an experienced
B2B Sales / Business Development qualified
with strong exposure to the
Plastic Masterbatch industry
to expand our customer base and grow our specialty chemical business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand business with
Plastic Masterbatch manufacturers across India
Identify new customers and generate business opportunities
Manage and grow existing key customer accounts
Promote ICC's Titanium Dioxide, Carbon Black and Specialty Chemical portfolio
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate commercial solutions
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms




Follow up on opportunities and drive orders to closure
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and internal teams for smooth order execution
Maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for account growth
Monitor industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
Achieve assigned sales and business development objectives

What We're Looking for:
Minimum
3 years of B2B sales / business development experience
Existing network within the
Plastic Masterbatch industry
Strong understanding of customer development and account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Robust commercial orientation and relationship-building abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated approach
Understanding of
polymers, pigments and additives
will be an advantage
