Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive to join our team in Meerut. Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, queries, and requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Resolve basic customer issues and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Maintain customer records and update information regularly.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.




Prepare basic reports and maintain daily activity records.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Computer.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Customer-handling experience will be an added advantage.
