Job Title: Cashier – Restaurant

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team. The cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, maintaining a clean and organized counter area, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with billing and payment.
Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain records of daily transactions and balance the cash register.
Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Answer customer queries and provide information about menu items or promotions.
Collaborate with the serving and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all company policies,

Requirements
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
