Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retail partners.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales activities.
Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure effective execution of company sales strategies and promotions.
Meet customers and channel partners regularly to understand their requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–11 years of relevant FMCG Sales / Territory Sales experience.
Strong knowledge of territory handling and field sales.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with robust sales and relationship-management abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

2 Rounds – Both Virtual
Important Note
Working days and timings will be communicated by the company during the hiring process.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
