About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled
Quality Controller / Chemist
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality testing of
dry-mix mortars, wall putty, grouts, and tile adhesives
.
Test and evaluate
raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
.
Perform tests including
tensile adhesion, slip resistance, open time, consistency
, and other relevant quality parameters.
Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
Maintain quality records, test reports, and related documentation.




Identify quality issues and coordinate with the Production and R&D; teams for corrective actions.

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science
, or a related technical field.
Candidates with relevant qualifications in
Chemical Engineering
may also apply.

Required Experience :
Experience in
dry-mix mortars, wall putty, grouts, tile adhesives, or construction chemicals
.
Valuable understanding of additives such as
Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP), cellulose ethers, fillers, and other chemical additives
.
Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control processes.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
