Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct recruitment calls and screen candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Conduct initial candidate interviews.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain daily recruitment reports.
Handle bulk hiring for multiple positions.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Good Hindi and basic English communication.
Confident and qualified personality.
Strong candidate handling and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Target-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment workplace.

Preferred Candidates
HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
