About the Role

I’m looking for an
AI Engineer who is equal parts builder, problem-solver, and hustler
.

This isn’t a typical engineering role where you’ll spend the next year maintaining one product or working through a predefined backlog.

You’ll work directly with me across multiple live projects, experiments, client businesses, automations, and potentially a recent startup that we build from scratch.

The goal is simple:
use AI, code, automation, and speed to build things that would normally require much larger teams.

Over the next 12 months, I want to experiment aggressively, ship quick, work on real businesses, and ideally build something crazy enough to turn into a serious company.

I’m looking for someone who finds that exciting.

What You'll Work On

Your work could change week to week, but some of the core areas will include:
Building AI agents
for real business workflows and internal operations




Creating and improving
Claude Skills
Building
dashboards, tools, and workflows around Claude
Creating AI-powered automations across different businesses
Working with
Klaviyo
, including customer segmentation, lists, campaign data, and automation workflows
Working with
Shopify websites
, storefronts, integrations, APIs, and operational tooling
Connecting different tools, APIs, databases, and AI models together
Rapidly prototyping internal tools and MVPs
Automating repetitive workflows that currently require manual work
Experimenting with new AI products, frameworks, models, and tools
Helping turn vague ideas into working products quickly
Eventually working alongside me to
build and launch a startup from zero
