Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit firms, retail accounts, or MIS. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background and solid knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.

Candidates currently working in audit firms, retail organizations in accounts departments, or MIS roles with around 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, cash, vendor, customer,



and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly and periodic MIS reports for management.
Monitor sales, expenses, collections, outstanding payments, and other financial data.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and financial information.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Verify invoices, bills, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Track and follow up on receivables and payables.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Identify discrepancies in financial data and take corrective action.
Support management with financial analysis and other accounting reports as required.
