Hospitality Management Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Assist customers and provide a friendly and qualified service experience.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.
Coordinate with staff members to ensure productive daily operations.
Support order handling, billing, and customer service activities as required.
Monitor availability of products and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.
Ensure company standards and operational procedures are followed.
Assist in maintaining proper records and daily operational activities.
Support the team during busy hours and ensure timely service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly workplace.
