We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
Ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours
Manage staff attendance, discipline and performance
Maintain food quality, hygiene and SOPs
Monitor sales, wastage, labour and operating costs
Handle customer complaints and service issues
Coordinate between kitchen, packing, dispatch and outside service
Prepare daily sales and operations reports
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures

Requirements
3+ years of restaurant/QSR operations experience
Robust leadership and people-management skills




Valuable understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing a high-volume restaurant preferred

Salary: Starting ₹21,000/ month, depending on experience and capability.

Location: Amritsar

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the operation—not just supervise staff.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
