Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel patients and attendants regarding gynaecology, pregnancy, maternity and related procedures.
Explain treatment plans, investigations, procedures and maternity packages in a explicit and qualified manner.
Provide counselling and support to antenatal and maternity patients throughout their hospital journey.
Coordinate with gynaecologists, nursing staff and other departments for smooth patient care.
Assist patients with admission, investigations, procedures and discharge-related coordination.
Explain hospital services, packages, billing processes and applicable policies to patients.
Maintain proper counselling records and follow up with patients as required.
Ensure patient queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Support patient conversion and improve patient satisfaction through ethical counselling.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies and protocols.
Escalate medical, financial or service-related concerns to the concerned department.
Pay: ₹11,168.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
