Job Responsibilities

Handle customers and understand their requirements.

Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare invoices, bills, quotations, and sales orders.

Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.

Maintain daily sales and billing records.

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Maintain proper stock and product records.

Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability.

Handle customer queries and provide positive after-sales service.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Maintain accurate billing and customer data.

Follow up with customers for pending payments when required.

Required Skills

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

Valuable calculation and numerical skills.

Ability to work under sales targets.

Previous experience in retail sales/billing will be preferred.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
