We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain robust relationships with customers and support business growth. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads through referrals, calls, networking, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Participate in customer meetings, promotional activities, and business-development initiatives.

Requirements




Education: Bachelor's Degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS, BBM, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Target-oriented with a positive and confident personality.
Robust willingness to learn sales and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.
