About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client coordination, order processing, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, positive with communication, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and clients for order processing and dispatches
Manage sales orders, invoices, POs, and maintain accurate records
Follow up with clients regarding payments, deliveries, and pending requirements
Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and accounts teams
Maintain sales reports, trackers, and MIS data
Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and managing existing accounts
Handle communication through calls, emails,



and WhatsApp professionally
Ensure smooth execution of daily sales operations

Requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Basic understanding of sales processes and client management
Comfortable working in a startup workplace

Preferred
Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industry
Experience handling distributor or modern trade coordination
Familiarity with invoicing and inventory coordination
