We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Receptionist / Admin Executive to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customers, visitors, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
Coordinate meeting rooms and support management with administrative tasks.
Handle courier services and office correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Support HR and administration activities.
Deliver an excellent customer experience at the reception.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Front Office / Reception experience.
Customer service orientation.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Administrative coordination.
Positive organizational and multitasking skills.
