Sales Coordinator Edgeband Division

Location: [Okhla] Current Delhi

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
Coordinate with sales team, customers, production, dispatch and accounts.
Track orders from booking to dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain customer records, price lists and sales MIS.
Follow up on outstanding payments and pending orders.
Handle and coordinate customer complaints until closure.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely communication.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM.
Robust coordination and customer-handling ability.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in Edgeband, furniture, plywood, laminates or related industries preferred.
