Sales & Marketing Intern – Real Estate (Pune)

Location - Kharadi, Pune.

When & How Long
Duration: 3 to 4 months
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month
Incentives - ₹5,000–₹50,000/month(plus commission-based incentives)

Role Summary Be the driving force behind client acquisition and property promotions for a Pune-based real estate team. You'll support sales outreach, marketing efforts, site visit coordination, and CRM upkeep—learning every step of the property lifecycle from lead to close.

Core Responsibilities
Generate and follow-up sales leads via calls, emails, and referrals
Assist with client site visits and property presentations
Keep CRM updated and prepare daily activity reports
Conduct market surveys on pricing, competitors, and trending micro-markets

Excel at verbal and written communication




Are self-motivated and ready to handle field assignments and client interaction
Can manage basic tools like MS Office and CRM systems
