Role & responsibilities:
Manage IT hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain, DNS/DHCP, and user access.
Configure and maintain Firewall, Load Balancing, VPN, and Security Policies.
Manage Antivirus, IT security policies, data backup, and recovery.
Maintain CCTV/IP Cameras, NVR, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
Manage NAS, storage, and shared data access.
Handle IT asset maintenance, inventory, procurement, AMC, and vendor coordination.
Provide support for software, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and other business applications.
Troubleshoot end-user IT issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Preferred candidate profile:
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
47 years of relevant experience in IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support.
Robust troubleshooting, networking, server, security, and vendor-management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Manufacturing/industrial setting experience will be an advantage.
