Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of internet services.
Troubleshoot customer and internal network issues promptly.
Manage broadband connectivity, bandwidth allocation, and firewall/security configurations.
Coordinate with field engineers for in office support and installations.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Assist in network expansion and new project deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls,



and broadband technology.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
Problem-solving attitude with positive communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Prior experience in an ISP or telecom environment preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
