Hotel Manager – Hiring

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to manage our hotel operations.

Location: Nadiad, Gujarat

Position: Hotel Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Highly experienced candidates preferred

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities:
Manage daily hotel operations
Supervise housekeeping, reception and other staff
Maintain service and cleanliness standards
Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor staff performance and discipline
Manage daily reports and hotel records
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments

Requirements:
Previous hotel management experience required
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage staff effectively
Responsible and disciplined
Willing to work according to hotel requirements
