Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and well-organized Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide administrative, coordination, and communication support. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the COO.
Manage the COO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and daily activities.
Maintain records, files, and important documents.
Handle emails, correspondence, and official communication as required.
Follow up with different departments on tasks, deadlines, and action points.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain meeting records.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and management updates.
Assist the COO in monitoring pending activities and ensuring timely completion.




Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.
Perform other administrative and coordination duties assigned by the COO.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Qualified personality with a positive and responsible attitude.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.
