Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our water purifier products and services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain water purifier products, features, pricing, offers, and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the field sales/service team for customer appointments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
Build valuable relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow up regularly with leads until closure.





Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Kannada and English communication preferred.
Hindi/Tamil/Telugu knowledge will be an added advantage.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Previous telesales/call-center/sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives
