Job Summary

Goldenkey Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Manager to oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to the company's real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in property laws, land due diligence, contract management, litigation, and liaisoning with government authorities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business operations through sound legal guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal & Property Management
Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land acquisition and development projects.
Verify ownership documents, encumbrances, revenue records, survey documents, and legal clearances.




Draft, review, negotiate, and vet legal agreements, including:
Sale Agreements
Construction Agreements
Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
Memorandums of Understanding (MoU)
Lease Agreements
Vendor & Contractor Agreements
Service Agreements
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
Provide legal opinions and strategic advice to management on business and project-related matters.

Liaisoning & Government Coordination
Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for approvals, registrations, permissions, and statutory compliances.
Coordinate with authorities such as GHMC, HMDA, DTCP, RERA, Revenue Department, Registration Department, Municipal Authorities, and other government agencies.
Ensure timely processing of project approvals, registrations, and statutory documentation.
