Job Role: Agency Development Manager
Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors / Agents.
Build, manage, and develop a strong agency sales force.
Train, mentor, and motivate agents on SBI Life products, sales techniques, and processes.
Drive recent business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor agent productivity, activation, and retention.
Support agents in customer acquisition and policy closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance advisors.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field activities.
Develop strategies to improve agent performance and business growth.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the agency team.
