Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Recruitment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in IT Recruitment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through recruitment partnerships in domains such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and other IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Vendor Empanelment
Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment services.
Secure current client empanelments and maintain long-term partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Business Development
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in IT recruitment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition heads,



and decision-makers.
Act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs.
Market Research
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide insights to management for strategic planning.
Coordination with Recruitment Team
Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of profiles.
Share client feedback and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
3–8 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in recruitment/IT staffing.
Robust knowledge of IT technologies (ERP, CRM, Cloud, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
