Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of tele callers.
Monitor daily team performance and achieve sales targets.
Track calls, leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports in Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team and management.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and leads.
Handle team-related issues and improve overall performance.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable understanding of sales and lead conversion.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to analyze team performance and take corrective actions.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
