Job Summary

BookMyGlow is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and expand our network of salons, parlours and beauty professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential salons, parlours and beauty professionals.
Generate leads through field visits, networking and market research.
Present BookMyGlow's services and subscription plans to potential clients.
Convert leads into active clients and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure successful client onboarding.
Identify recent business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of BookMyGlow.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable convincing and client-handling abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Compensation Performance-Based

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
