Job Title : Sales Manager – EV 2-Wheeler

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EV 2-wheeler sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom performance.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Monitor sales activities, customer follow-ups, and test rides.
Train and motivate Sales Consultants.
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and performance records.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, delivery, and service teams.
Conduct local marketing and promotional activities.
Track competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in automobile/EV 2-wheeler sales.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Target-oriented with positive customer-handling ability.
Knowledge of EV products and the local market preferred.
Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
