Key Responsibilities1. Daily Administrative Activities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks.
Maintain records, files, registers, and administrative documents.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth administrative operations.
Prepare letters, notices, reports, and other official documents as required.
Monitor routine office requirements and coordinate with concerned departments.
Follow up on pending administrative matters and ensure timely completion.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and institutional activities.
Maintain confidentiality of official and institutional information.
Assistance to the Principal
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Principal.
Manage and coordinate tasks assigned by the Principal.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, notices, and correspondence as required.




Coordinate meetings and appointments and maintain necessary records.
Follow up with departments and staff on instructions issued by the Principal.
Assist in ensuring timely implementation of administrative decisions.
Handle official communication and coordination on behalf of the Principal when required.
Admission Support
Attend to admission-related enquiries from students and parents through phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, documents, and other requirements.
Coordinate with the admissions team regarding prospective students and follow-ups.
Maintain records of admission enquiries and follow-up status.
Assist students in understanding the admission process and required documentation.
Follow up with prospective students and parents to support the admission process.
Escalate complex admission-related queries to the concerned authority.
