Study market and competitor products and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support preparation and execution of the R&D; innovation pipeline.
B. Product & Process Trials
Plan and conduct product trials as per approved requirements.
Record trial results, observations and recommendations.
Support process optimization for quality, yield, cost and scalability.
Coordinate with Production during pilot and commercial trials.
Identify and resolve technical issues during product development.
C. Commercialization Support
Support product development from concept to commercial launch.
Prepare product specifications, formulations, trial reports and other required documents.
Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement and Commercial teams for launch readiness.
Support shelf-life and product stability studies.
Ensure products meet defined quality and technical requirements.
D. Market & Customer Support
Support customer-specific product development and modification projects.
Conduct product benchmarking and competitor analysis.
Collect market and consumer insights relevant to current product development.
Support preparation of samples and presentations for customer trials.
E. Cost & Process Improvement
Support cost optimization through formulation and process improvement.
Identify opportunities for reducing raw material, processing and packaging costs.
Coordinate with Procurement for ingredient and raw material evaluation.
Monitor product yield and process efficiency during trials.
F. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain R&D; records, formulations, trial reports and product specifications.
Ensure development activities comply with
