About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have solid development and analytical skills, a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Workflow Rules.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
Perform data migration, data modeling,



and data management activities within Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes (including CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git).
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Solid proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
