Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar PV systems. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge and be comfortable working at project sites.

Responsibilities
Install and commission solar panels and related equipment.
Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of solar installations.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues.
Test and ensure proper functioning of solar panels, inverters, and other components.
Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain installation and maintenance records.
Coordinate with the site supervisor and project team.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.




Experience in solar installation or electrical work is preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety.
Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at different project sites.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.
