Role & responsibilities
Overall planning, execution and delivery of Highrise residential and commercial projects.
Manage project timelines, quality, safety and construction costs.
Lead and coordinate contractors, consultants, architects, PMC and internal teams.
Monitor civil, structural and finishing works from commencement to handover.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Review project schedules, progress and resource requirements.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and project requirements.
Drive timely completion and successful handover of projects.





Preferred candidate profile
12+ years of experience in construction/project management.
Solid experience in High Rise residential and commercial building projects.
Experience handling large-scale, high-quality construction projects will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of RCC, structural works, MEP coordination, faade and finishing works.
Excellent contractor and consultant management skills.
Robust planning, coordination, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Candidates with experience in Pune-based projects will be preferred.
