Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience and a strong understanding of architectural design and execution.

Responsibilities
Develop architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings and coordinate with consultants and site teams.
Assist in residential and commercial architectural projects.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing.
Coordinate design development from concept to execution.
Visit sites when required and resolve design-related issues.
Prepare drawings and presentations using relevant architectural software.





Requirements
B.Arch degree is essential.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Positive knowledge of architectural planning and construction details.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Creative approach with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
