Social Media & WhatsApp Manager – Wholesale & Retail

NJS LLP is looking for a Social Media & WhatsApp Manager to manage the online communication and promotion of our Wholesale & Retail Store. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, managing WhatsApp enquiries, creating social media content, and generating sales leads for both wholesale and retail customers.

Responsibilities
Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
Create and post content for products, current arrivals, offers, and promotions.
Create Reels, Stories, posts, and short product videos.
Handle daily customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media.
Respond to customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, offers, and orders.
Manage WhatsApp broadcasts for recent products, offers, and promotions.
Generate and follow up on wholesale and retail customer enquiries.
Maintain proper follow-up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Promote store offers and products to increase customer walk-ins and sales.




Coordinate with the store team for product photos, videos, pricing, stock availability, and promotional information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with regular customers and wholesale buyers.
Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and repeat purchases.
Monitor social media engagement, WhatsApp enquiries, leads, and conversions.
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on enquiries, leads, and sales generated through social media and WhatsApp.
Stay updated with social media trends and identify current opportunities to promote the store.

Requirements
Experience in Social Media Management, WhatsApp Business, Retail Marketing, or Customer Handling.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Good follow-up and sales coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing is an advantage.
