Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in maintaining cash and petty cash records.
Verify bills, invoices, and expense claims before processing.
Assist in preparing monthly and periodic financial reports.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.




Assist the senior accounts team during audits and financial closing.
Coordinate with other departments regarding bills, payments, and financial documents.
Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within timelines.
Perform any other accounting-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of Tally / accounting software is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting procedures.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
