Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the Diagnostic, IVD, or Surgical industry. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and relationship-building skills and be capable of driving sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Diagnostic, IVD, and Surgical products to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Diagnostic, IVD, or Surgical product sales.or pharma can be considered (3rd preference )
• Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
