Job Description
Video Editing:
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form social media videos.
Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videos.
Edit talking-head, educational, personal-brand, and brand-content videos.
Create edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.

Creative Editing
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, B-roll, and music as required.
Follow creative references, current trends, and directions provided by the content team.
Develop edits that encourage viewers to stop scrolling and watch until the end.
Take creative responsibility for improving the overall quality and engagement of videos.

Content Quality
Maintain consistent editing quality across multiple client accounts.
Understand the difference between basic editing and retention-focused social media editing.
Apply appropriate storytelling, pacing, and visual techniques based on the content.
Handle revisions professionally and incorporate feedback effectively.

Project Management




Manage multiple videos and projects simultaneously.
Deliver completed videos within assigned deadlines.
Organize project files, raw footage, working files, and final exports properly.
Maintain consistent daily availability during working hours.

Required Skills
Video Editing Software:
Solid command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong command of DaVinci Resolve and/or After Effects.
Ability to use qualified video-editing tools efficiently.

Creative Skills
Solid understanding of pacing and storytelling.
Good knowledge of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
Understanding of hooks and retention-based editing.
Knowledge of subtitles, sound design, B-roll, and basic motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail.

Professional Skills
Ability to manage deadlines and deliver work on time.
Ability to manage multiple videos and projects.
Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
