Qualification: MMS/MBA + Ph.D. in Management
Specialisations: Finance | Operations | Marketing | Human Resource
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹10 LPA

Job Role:
Teaching MMS/MBA subjects and conducting lectures.
Prepare lesson plans, study material, question papers and assessments.
Guide students in projects, internships and dissertations.
Conduct research, publish papers and participate in conferences/FDPs.
Mentor students and support academic development.
Coordinate with industry for guest lectures, workshops and placements.
Participate in departmental activities, accreditation and academic documentation.
Contribute to admissions, events and other institutional activities as assigned.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹84,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Asangaon, Maharashtra, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:
Management: 6 years (Preferred)
