Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Manager
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Generate recent leads and identify potential customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and current clients.
Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
Conduct client meetings and negotiate deals and pricing.
Track team performance through daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and business growth
