Job Description:
Possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in card scheme settlement operations, with robust knowledge of day-to-day settlement processes across major payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, CBUAE, and other relevant card schemes.
Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of experience in managing and processing scheme billing activities, with in-depth knowledge of billing platforms and systems such as Visa Integrated Billing System (VIBS) and Mastercard Billing System (MCBS).
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation, settlement, and billing processing in compliance with scheme regulations, operational procedures, and service level agreements.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, resolve, and escalate settlement and billing discrepancies as required.




Experience in chargeback operations and dispute management will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Banking, or a related discipline.
Valuable understanding of card payment operations, scheme rules, and settlement cycles.
Proficiency in reconciliation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
