Key Responsibilities
Perform basic production and manufacturing activities.
Assist in daily operations in the assigned department.
Follow instructions from supervisors and trainers.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and discipline.
Follow safety and quality guidelines.
Perform assigned production-related tasks.
Maintain valuable attendance and productivity.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Departments
Candidates will be assigned to one of 4 departments based on company requirements.
Department-specific training will be provided.
Candidate Requirements
No prior experience required.
10th Pass / Fail candidates are eligible.
Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing workplace.
Comfortable working 12-hour rotational shifts.
Willingness to learn and follow company processes.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
