Candidate Profile:
CA-Inter and 2 to 5 years experience
Or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing and 5 plus years of experience
or M.com and 5 years post qualification Experience

Role & responsibilities :
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Preparation and analysis of costing reports
Product-wise / process-wise cost analysis
Monitoring of actual vs. budgeted costs and highlighting variances
Preparation of variance analysis and providing reasons for deviations
Monitoring of material, labour, production, and overhead costs
Analysis of production and operational data from SAP
Maintaining and updating costing-related data and reports in SAP
Supporting monthly closing and management reporting




Preparation of profitability and contribution analysis
Coordination with the Plant, Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Finance teams for data collection and validation
Identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement
Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of MIS and costing reports to management
Supporting management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required
Visiting the plant to understand production processes, costing, and operational requirements frameworks.
