Job Purpose

To accurately enter, process, verify and maintain company data using approved computer systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities
Enter data accurately.
Update databases.
Verify entered information.
Identify duplicate or incorrect data.
Process digital documents.
Maintain electronic records.
Prepare basic reports.
Maintain file naming and organization.
Follow data confidentiality.
Use approved data tools where applicable.
Follow company data-processing SOPs.
Report technical/data issues.

Education

12th/Graduate.

Experience

0–3 years.
