Role & responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and maintaining network devices and connectivity.
Support basic network troubleshooting activities.
Learn and assist with IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and NAT configurations.
Help maintain network documentation and inventory records.
Assist the networking team in routine operational tasks.
Support switch and router configuration activities under supervision.
Participate in network testing and connectivity verification using tools such as Ping and Traceroute.
Preferred candidate profile
Basic understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and MAN concepts.
